Flourish & Bloom

Flourish & Bloom is a website designed for a floral workshop business that offers hands-on classes for students of all skill levels. The project began with research into the target audience, exploring how students discover, book, and engage with workshops. Insights from this research informed the site structure, navigation, and interactive features to create a seamless, user-centered experience that encourages exploration and participation.

The design is image-heavy to showcase the vibrant bouquets, drawing students in with rich visuals of completed arrangements. A natural palette of greens and pinks was chosen to appeal to floral enthusiasts, while a soft serif typeface with small decorative strokes adds elegance and a touch of personality to the text. Rounded, clean layouts and intuitive navigation ensure the site remains approachable and easy to use, balancing modernity with friendliness.

Interactive features, including workshop filters, online booking, horizontal image scrolling, a location map, and a contact form, enhance usability while highlighting student work. Through iterative prototyping and refinement, the final site provides a cohesive, engaging, and enjoyable experience that reflects the brand’s mission to make floral arranging accessible, creative, and fun.
