OurNest's packaging was designed to hit the sweet spot between playful and polished, something that feels fun for kids but still looks thoughtful and put-together. It started with research into who the packaging needed to speak to: families, their needs, what else was already on the shelves, and how OurNest could stand out while staying true to its values. That understanding guided every choice, from color to shape to typography to illustration.

The palette of orange, green, blue, and yellow was chosen specifically to stay gender-neutral, bringing in a sense of energy and creativity that feels welcoming to everyone. Custom illustrations running along the sides give the packaging a bit of personality, something that feels distinctive and a little more personal than a typical box. And the house-shaped structure ties it all together, echoing ideas of home and family in a way that makes unboxing feel like a small, meaningful moment rather than just opening a package.

Every detail, down to how someone interacts with the box and what they notice first, was designed with intention: to spark creativity, celebrate individuality, and make the whole experience feel engaging. The result is packaging that looks good, works well, and sticks in people's memory, while encouraging imaginative play and inviting connection.
